Let’s banish those self-imposed barriers. The world needs your full and uncensored self. It’s not always going to be easy work, but it works.

I am a dedicated and compassionate, LGBTQIA+ friendly social worker with 2 years of experience in substance abuse counseling and have now branched out into mental health therapy with my Clinical Social Work Candidacy license in 2024.
I finished my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Montana State University in 2018 and graduated with my Master of Social Work in August of 2024.
My passion lies in supporting individuals and empowering couples through education and mindfulness. I believe in a client-centered approach, focusing on the unique needs and experiences of each individual. I have particular interest in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I favor bottom down approaches, focusing on mindfulness, and emotional regulation. I enjoy working with couples and have a passion for educating others; I believe knowledge is power, and enjoy helping empower others as they navigate this journey we call life. For me, counseling is not just about addressing problems but also about fostering resilience and personal development. My goal is to guide clients toward self-discovery and to empower them with the tools needed for lasting change.
